Incredimail Crashes on Import of Data

Can't Get Incredimail to go into Online mode!

I'm having trouble with Windows 10 updates, so did a clean boot today. After starting the computer normally afterwards, Incredimail is stuck in offline mode - there is no check mark next to it in the File drop down, and I can't figure out how to get it working again. I happened to be looking through my Blocked Senders list yesterday, and found my gmail account (the one I use to send mail out) in there! So every time I sent an email the sent item was being sent right to my deleted files folder instead of the sent items folder! Only problem now is that it doesn't ...

Sent Emails not being saved

I'm running Windows 10 and Incredimail 2.5 - When I send an email, it's not being saved to the Sent folder. I sometimes need these to prove that I've sent it, and if it's not there, what am I supposed to do. Is anyone else having this problem, and how can it be fixed?

I'm using Windows 10 with Incredimail 2.5, and ever since I upgraded to /windows 10, certain emails do have the scroll bar, and then others don't. There's no rhyme or reason to it. If I click the forward button, I can see the whole email, but I shouldn't have to do that. From what I see in the forum...

I am having this same problem for the last few months with the software not saving my sent emails. The solution mentioned in this post apparently does not apply, because there is no such option in the Advanced tab of my version of Incredimail. I have the 2.5 version.
