Inbox messages

I find that all of my INBOX messages are now arranged in alphabetical order and not as required in the latest emails in date order. I can find no way to correct this and would be very grateful for some advice please.

I notice a) That I did not reply to close this session.
and b) it seems you were the friend who has recently helped once again with a query relating to my wife's emails going into my delete box.

Dear cdenice Yes, I did manage to get 'Move' it to the 'Robert' folder. Nothing greyed out this time. I sent a test e-mail from my Wife's account to mine and I did receive it BUT it arrived in the Delete box once more. My wife's account now shows 'Move' and not 'Forward' and her e-mails are working ...

Dear cdnice
I have just tried to do that 'Move' instead (I also tried 'Copy') removing the 'Forward' caption.
The result was that the destination box (bottom right) and the OK button greyed out and I could not set the rule or close the dialog box.

I have checked all the settings for the both of us and all are identical (other than name change and passwords etc) My wife's e-mails are getting through into her added folder attached to the Inbox but mine are going instead to the delete box every time.
