I agree with you totally. IncrediMail used to be great. The new forums have been useless and all other help is gone. Enough of IncrediMail.

Thank you. I have already performed steps 1) and 2) several times. As for the firewall, I appear to have five (rather than the 4 listed) IncrediMail approved programs, the 5th one being: ImLc.exe. I was assuming that this latter has something to do with the fact that I also use IncrediMail on my lap...
