Block/Bounce not working

Having problems with the bounce/block function......Does not work at all. I try to bounce or block and I get absolutely no response. The window starts up and just spins and spins and spins and spins and does nothing.

I am no longer able to move any email from any folder into my inbox. I have tried clicking the right mouse button and selecting move to folder---doesn't work. I have tried highlighting the email and dragging it to the inbox....doesn't work. The only way I can get mail back into my inbox is by forwar...

I have purchased : Premium, Gold Content, Emoicons and Letter Creator. I have followed instructions MANY TIMES. I have removed my licences and reinstalled them. I have uninstalled Incredimail and reinstalled MANY TIMES. The program says I have installed the premium version and my licences are valid....

Don't Buy Incredimail.......you WILL constantly get POP ups saying to Buy it even though you already have paid for the Premium Version. I get pop ups every day. I also have bought the Gold content and I cannot download just one item. You must download the entire content at some dropbox site. I DO NO...
