Skin not staying

No matter what skin I choose after awhile it goes back to the default skin. Incredimail told me to reinput my registration code but it still does the same thing. Is there some kind of fix for this???

Lost all my contacts

My computer crashed so i reinstalled Incredimail but cant find my contacts anywhere. I do have an old windows folder and looked in the users folder under IM but see nothing there that relates to my contacts. can anyone help me with this or do I have to start all over again adding them in?

They need to fix this problem quickly or they are going to lose a lot of accounts using their program.

No Clock in my Incredimail client

I also have the same problem everyone else has with the upgrade. I followed Incredimails sort of fix and I can get it up and running but I have no clock. Is there a way to fix this? Also have they come up with a fix yet for the upgrade problem?

My computer crashed and I lost some of my contacts and e-mails both sent and received. Where are these originally stored and where would i find them?
