I have the same problem, not all mail in gmail are downloaded to incredimail, some are not. HELP. I have had Incredimail for years, but am getting really tired of the constant issues tha last year

Same problem, can log in to my gmail, but when using the wizard to set up the account in incredimail it says "there was a problem connecting to your account the username or password you entered are incorrect"
This is using the same username and password. It is a "pop" account

I have tried the "other" option, but is still creates an automatic imap account. Do I have te uninstall and reinstall?

Can I stop incredimail 2.5 syncing with gmail? If not, will there be an option in the future?
Other mail programs give the option of leaving a copy on the server

I have been requested to email "purchase@IncrediMail.com" but it has been a fortnight and I have had no reply. I cannot register my lifetime licence on Windows 7.
Why is Incredimail making it so difficult for their original customers who helped the company to grow in the first place??
