Daily spam ad emails I can't get rid of.

They start with y-, but following letters differ from ad to ad. I get my email through XFINITY, but the ad emails don't show up there, so I can't mark them as spam. Any help here?

Lost email

I created a long letter with Letter Creator, and saved it. I went back to it to work with it and somehow deleted it by hitting spacebar, and couldn't get it back . This is very discouraging because I thought I had it saved. emoticon-0181-fubar I won't work with that again.

I apologize. I was very upset. Today when I logged in, there was a reset/configuration and everything returned to normal.
