Incredimail Issues with windows 10 help!

Hi all I Upgraded to windows 10 and then downloaded Incedimail. I put in what Charter said for servers but for some reason it does not download emails properly. It often says, Syncing incomplete. I cannot download all my emails. This is the free version I am using.

Help would be appreciated.

Sorry should have mentioned that, that was the first thing I did. It still dominates IE. There must be a bug in your software this has been a problem on both of my computers and I downloaded it from your site.

I want to add it has to do with flash player and I have tried to unstall and uninstall flash player and non of it works. yikes
