Alas, it appears that help is no longer available on this forum. A pity since the main support team are so helpful and knowledgeable. It somehow was too much to simply reply that the solution was to close the account and set up a new one. Whole operation took less than 10 minutes. In short, no need ...

Please forgive me for my impatience but this is becoming very frustrating to have this program's only ability being to send and receive messages. Does IncrediMail no longer have technical support? This forum has often been very helpful in solving problems in the past and I should expect no less now....

Unable To Access Browser

Can't access IncrediMail browser when clicking in any link. Message pops up "IncrediMail Application has stopped working" "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly." This applies to any link including Facebook and forums. Clicking on that message closes IncrediMail....

I think that there were a few who had a problem with search only going back to within the same calendar year. Only way to locate older messages was to switch to To, From, Subject, etc. Never did see any advice to fix it. Just recently, it has changed to only going back 30 days. I never changed anyth...

I had seen those instructions and was tentative as to if they applied to this particular situation. It worked! However, only worked for a few messages and then reverted to no action when clicking on "Get Mail". The problem is only on this machine running Windows 7 and IncrediMail 2.5. No p...

The fix suggested by Little Dude worked! Nervous for awhile since it didn't "take" the first time. No choice then but to start over and run it a second time. Restarted the computer and the clock and calendar were back. Thanks, Dude!

Also has happened to mine today. Link to other thread does not apply since there has been no Flash Player update and there is no red X or similar. There is just an empty box.
