I had seen those instructions and was tentative as to if they applied to this particular situation. It worked! However, only worked for a few messages and then reverted to no action when clicking on "Get Mail". The problem is only on this machine running Windows 7 and IncrediMail 2.5. No p...

IncrediMail 2.5 stopped sending or receiving. Nothing happens when "Get Mail" is clicked on. Outgoing messages only go as far as the Outbox. When shutting down to reboot, popup says that there are messages waiting to send. Clicking on "Send Now" draws no action. Have rebooted a n...

The fix suggested by Little Dude worked! Nervous for awhile since it didn't "take" the first time. No choice then but to start over and run it a second time. Restarted the computer and the clock and calendar were back. Thanks, Dude!

Also has happened to mine today. Link to other thread does not apply since there has been no Flash Player update and there is no red X or similar. There is just an empty box. I don't know what more information I can present about this problem. No part of "Add" works. New words underlined in red and right click gives option to Add. But, red line remains. If it is set up to correct before sending, each red-lined word is presented with option to Add. Go through th...

This is now the 9th invisible post on this problem in over 7 months, visible to everyone except IncrediMail. Adding a new word still does not work and I am beginning to think that I am the only one who cares.

Six months and still no acknowledgment that this can exist and no advice on how to fix it? I can't believe that I may be the only IncrediMail user with this problem.
