Re: Incedimail Now

Loopy, Please see the following link: http://forums.incredimail.com/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=214330 . I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for a response. the last time an Incredimail Moderator posted on this site was June of 2018. While I believe Perion still owns IncrediMail, they no longer even me...

Re: What would it take to get the Scroll Bar and Deleted Items Folder issues fixed in IM2.5?

I had to switch to a different mail client (EM Mail) because I could no longer deal with the scroll bar and deleted items folder bugs. That said, I would go back to IncrediMail if they would just fix the bugs. It is really the only product of its kind. However, Perion has stopped all development on ...

Re: What would it take to get the Scroll Bar and Deleted Items Folder issues fixed in IM2.5?

This response pretty much confirms my earlier assessment: "The sad fact is there are no developers working on IM2.5. If there were, we would have had these issues addressed well before now. I believe Perion is treating IM as a legacy product and, while they do provide some user support, there w...

What would it take to get the Scroll Bar and Deleted Items Folder issues fixed in IM2.5?

Dear Moderators, As the title states, what would it take to get the scroll bar and deleted items folder issues fixed in IM2.5? As you know, these issues have been around for several years and I am just curious if there is anything the user community could do to persuade your developers to give us a ...

Scroll Bar Issue & State of IncrediMail as I See It - Post Deleted

On September 19, 2017, I posted a response to a thread regarding the long-standing IM scroll bar issue (scroll bar is frozen and you must resend the message to yourself to view all the content). I also commented on the state of IncrediMail, as I see it. Unfortunately, this message has somehow disapp...

Re: FULL Email not showing

That would be wonderful! If the developers could address this issue and the deleted emails not going into the Deleted Items folder, I (and many, many longtime users) would be very happy. I believe these issues are keeping new users from adopting IM2.5 (which is the only email program of its kind) an...

Re: FULL Email not showing

GR7 - don't hold your breath waiting for an update. This has been an issue for several years. IM2.0 has been deemed a "legacy" product and no new development will be done. IM2.5 went from beta to final release more than 5 years ago with several significant bugs (including this one), none o...

Re: Empty deleted mails folder

The sad fact is that IM has seen its user base shrink from more than 40 million users in 2004 to well less than 10 million now. Add the fact that the average IM user tends to be over 40 years old (like myself) and you have an idea of what is driving Perion (the owner/developer of IM). They have move...
