I have tried the Safe Boot with no success.
The problem still occurs.

I did the 'Safe Boot; twice and it did not fix the problem.

I tried booting in Safe Mode but, it did not fix the problem.

I did it twice as suggested. Unfortunately, the program still exhibits the same problems.

I tried your fix twice with the same bad results.
Emails were downloaded as indicated and put in the INBOX as indicated. The emails did not appear on the screen for reading.
Where did they go?
Also, when I try to open the SENT ITEMS< the program also crashes.

I have Incredimail 2. I run Windows 7.
The only way I can recieve my emails is to delete the runtime folder and reinstall the program.I still recieve a notice that I have email and inbox reflects the number of new emails, but no new emails appear.
The crash has been occuring for about two weeks.
