Go to Restore System on the computer and select a date before the upgrade and it will remove it. It will prompt you to update again, but don't!!!!

I tried everything to no avail. What I finally did was to go to Help Support and did a Restore System to an earlier date (a few days before the update) and it solved the problem. When I opened incredimail it prompted me to update but please do not!!

Frenchie, I did everything you told me to do it said script could not run, please check extracted files but it seems the file was not extracted. the folder was named imfix but didn't find no imfix.exe. What now??????
