Microsoft Updates and Missing Folders

Microsoft updates are getting more frequent. And every time there is an update I lose my folders in Incredimail.
It is beginning to be a royal pain having to uninstall and re-install every time.
What can be done to avoid this loss?

How 2 Rid the Ads with new email address

I purchased an upgrade a while back and was running ad free. Recently I changed my email address(still have the same upgraded incredimail account with everything transferred over) but do not have the license key to go ad free. Do I have to re-purchase the upgrade? My old email is no longer in existe...

Deleted Items Folder

Now I cannot empty the deleted items folder unless I do it manually. How can I get this fixed?

I uninstalled, and did a new install/setup according to your post.. Sent a test email to another email and it was received. Sent back a reply to Incredimail and it is now at 50% as to receiving..this has been 'receiving' for at least 15 minutes. This is my laptop. My incredimail on my tower works fi...

Please help. Started getting error 535 Incorrect authentication data last week. Can't send or receive. Incoming mail remains at 0%.
Changed nothing to cause it.
Uninstalled and reinstalled w/o firewall....still no change.

Nope! That box was checked all along.If I know it is spam and I don't open it, but just put in the delete folder, the "new Mail' icon still shows that I have unopened new mail. If I want that notification to clear, I have to dump the trash every time I place an unopened email directly into the ...

OK. So I found the cause : as long as I deleted an email w/o opening it , and it remained in the deleted folder, the icon showed that there was unviewed mail. The email has to be opened ,not merely previewed before deleting it.
That is something that needs to be worked on by IM.

taskbar icon always shows mail

Browser is Firefox.
My Incredimail icon in the task bar indicates there is mail in the inbox even well after the Inbox has been emptied. How do I get the little letter to clear on the taskbar icon after mail has been retrieved?

I have IncPlus, HOWEVER, when the recipient receives an email I send, there is that swinging incredimail monkey at the bottom of the email.
How do I get rid of that animation at the bottom of my sent emails?
