I use Incredimail 2 and this appears to have been an ongoing issue for years. DO NOT DELETE an open email if you think you are ever going to want to recover it again. Close the email first, then delete and it will go to your deleted box. If deleted while open, it's completely gone.

I use IM 2.5 with Win 7 and IE 11 and I also get the same result when using the check for updates. My IM is showing Build 6605288.
