You gotta be kidding, right? I do not nor never did "love" Incredimail. Hell, I don't even like it. My computer is checked for malware, drivers, viruses, etc since I have the Geek Squad protection package. This is done on a regular basis so I know this is not the problem. Nobody even knows...

DUH they were not all sent at one time as there were spaced out over time. I know exactly what I have to do with my account and that does not include reconfiguring. I found an email program that actually works like it should. I am ending my association with Incredimail and now am with Windows Live. ...

THey do not have an answer to this problem which has been going on for years. I have given up and removing IM from my computers for good and going to a different mail program. I suggest getting another email program as this one really sucks. I have had the same problem but not am removing it completely from both my computers. This is the worst software I have even encountered.

Incrediamail customer support does not have a clue on this. "Click the 'File' menu, 'Data and Settings Transfer Wizard', and then 'Export Data and Settings...', and click 'Next' in the dialog that appears" There is no setting in the menu that even starts with the work "Export data.......
