If the problem still continues, I would like you switch to another Windows user (create one if necessary), open IncrediMail, reconfigure your account, and see if the same problem occurs there as well. If the problem still continues, I would like you to open a new identity in IncrediMail and see if you still encounter the same problem.   To create a new identity, please click on Tools > Identities > New Identity.   Set up your identity, and check to see if problem continues to occur in the new ide...

If the problem still continues, it's possible the issue you encountered is because another program running on your computer is conflicting with IncrediMail. If the problem continues, I would like you to try uninstalling and then reinstalling IncrediMail 2.5. As the uninstall script only removes the exe/dll files, your existing data and settings should not be affected. Such unusual issues can often be solved by deleting the IncrediMail "Runtime" folder.

To delete the Runtime folder, please run the following executable:

When done, open IncrediMail and check the results.

In that case, when importing the messages from the Identities folder, rather than selecting the option "All Folders", please select the option "Select Folders" and try importing the individual folders into your current installation. If the transfer wizard crashes even in Safe Mod...
