By design, if you remove an identity, you also delete all of the messages contained in that identity along with it. The "On my computer" folder contains the messages stored locally in that identity. This being explained, do you have a recent backup of the IncrediMail data from before remov...

I apologize, but " joe%internode" is not a valid email address.

A valid email address would be "joe@internode.com" or something similar.

In this case, you can try completely uninstalling IncrediMail (including all data files), but as you may lose data in the process, I would strongly advise against doing so.
