To address this issue, simply download the Windows uninstall tool at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed, unstall IncrediMail 2.0/2.5 using that utility, and then run the IncrediMail installation once again. If you are licensed for IncrediMail Plus, please contact our support team by clicking on Help > VIP Support in the top menu of IncrediMail, and we will be happy to address this problem in a more personal manner.

There is a limit as to what can be achieved in the Forum.

Such unusual issues can often be solved by deleting the IncrediMail "Runtime" folder.

To delete the Runtime folder, please run the following executable:

When done, open IncrediMail and check the results.
