Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to import the messages from Mozilla Thunderbird.

To remove the advertisements, you are welcome to upgrade to Incredimail Plus on our website at:
http://www.incredimail.com/en/products/incredimailplus

The advertisements cannot be removed in the free edition of IncrediMail.

As instructed earlier, she must forward the messages to her email address, and the new (i.e. forwarded) messages should be displayed properly in her Inbox.

She must actually send the messages to herself. Merely clicking on "Forward" will not suffice.
