I get the message that I cannot delete because my account is synching but it has already stopped and the message keeps popping up. I have had nothing but problems with Incredimail through all the windows update since XP which worked perfectly.
Yesterday I upgraded to Windows 10. I lost my premium so tried to enter my registration number but found that the underscore does not work. I then tried to copy and paste. The copy part works but the paste is greyed out. How do I re enter my code and why is the underscore not working.

It is now 2015 and I have the same problem. My animations look like they are downloading but don't show up in the style box.
