How long do you think it will take to resolve the issues that I am experiencing and have a new update available? These problems are not making incredimail more enjoyable or user friendly. I went to the link that you provided, downloaded the program and installed it. As of now, none of the problems that I have mentioned have been resolved. The deleted folder still won't empty, you still can't drag a deleted message from the deleted folder back to the inbox and I don't know about the b...

You have some serious issues with Incredimail 2.5. It's a shame because I have been a faithful user for many years since the original version was introduced. Build 6605282. Discovered also that once you delete a message from the inbox, if you need to bring it back from the deleted box to the inbox you can't drag it back. You can drag to any folder under the heading of " on my computer", but you can't drag from the deleted folder to the inbox on...

If I bounce a lot of messages on a daily basis it seems to create a data base of the bounced messages and when I log onto incredimail and it attempts to download my mail, it goes through this list as if each were an account and it takes forever to get to my account which is the only real account lis...

I too have been having problems with emptying the deleted folder. No matter what I do, the files won't delete either on exit or if checked, after a certain amount of days.
