Bouncing

Currently, while my Incredimail is receiving mail it has a message, "Account:bouncing". I seem to have 2 inboxes with the same name, which have different mail in them. I also have 2 accounts with different names.

How can I clean this up while keeping my mail??

Originally my emails were fine when they were too large to view in one page. I could scroll down with no issues. Now most of the emails I receive I cannot scroll and continue reading. If I want to view the rest I must open the website as a web page. I find this quite frustrating as with other email ...

thanks for replying. When I select an email to print and click on the 'print' button, it does nothing. Absolutely nothing happens. Wasn't there a print tab at the top before? By the way an earlier issue where there were no previews showing is now corrected. I think it is a problem with my Internet E...

OK then, as the problem is still ongoing and there is no solution, I think I will have to uninstall the whole thing and reinstall the current version, or go back to the previous one. Can you tell me how to backup all my emails and contacts to do this job?

I'm sorry to say, but yes, the problem still is here. Even more; the first email that was already highlighted when IM was started was shown before; now even that is hidden. I have to double click each one to see them. Also another quirk that I had not mentioned is that usually now I do not get notif...
