IncrediAdmin2 asked me to reply him in PM with codes.

I did and he has not opened his PM from me. And it is several days since I sent it.

Maybe I am a second class customer since I only have 3 Premium accounts and some more extras.

I have been trying for a week to get som answers from Incredimail Support. No luck there.

And it does not seem to be much better here

Due to a hard drive exchange I have not been able to reactivate my codes after the installation of the new hard disk drive. I did not export them before the exchange because Data import wizard has installed them until now. No firewall in use. I have requested help twice now and the only thing I get ...
