trying to get purchase@incredimail.com to reset license

What do you do if you need your license reset but you get no response from purchase@incredimail.com? I am suppose to have vip support but if i can't activate license, there is no access??? This should be changed so we can access vip support for problems with registration

there is no search term. i want to search thru all folders for emails received on a certain date.

I have tried that... still not all messages are being imported. it goes through the process like it is doing it. it sometimes takes several tries but then i end up with tons of duplicate emails.
