Same here. I learned one thing out of all of this. I'm sticking to Windows 7 until they get all of their acts together. We thought we had problems! Reading the MS Forum was a scary education. <Sad Smile>

Adobe seems to be protecting itself. I tried your link and was told that you can only download from the Adobe site. The link given was the new version. Back to your site, scrolled further down and found downloads for much older versions(17)--still only a year old so I tried a couple of them. Incredi...

I found this thread very helpful, however, since we are given the facebook option during the custom install, that should be enough to eliminate the necessity to deal with it again.

Thank you for your help. Everything seems to be running more smoothly now. I've had Incredimail for many years--the folder must have been huge!

I had to upgrade first, which was a bit of surprise as I had done that recently. Then I deleted the runtime folder which does seem to have helped.

Does this mean that this is something that will need to be done everytime the folder gets full?

I tried it and as long as I kept the second identity I had prorblems with the original. IM didn't want to open at all. I finally shut it down in the Task manager (the process was running, even though the program had shut down with an error message (which I forgot keep-sorry). Once I got it to open t...
