Can you please send the version (or versions) and build(s) of IncrediMail that you are using?

You can find this by clicking the 'Help' menu and then 'About IncrediMail...'.

Also, check to see if this is occurring in ALL letters or just one specifically.

Can you please check to see if this is only occuring in the 'Sent' folder? Have you made any changes previous to the issue? First please refresh your IncrediMail by clicking here . Try to send yourself a message and see if you are able to open or delete it. Let me know if this corrects the issue.

Is this happening with just the one email address, or with other email addresses? What email provider is this friend using?

Is your friend using IncrediMail or another program to create and send the emails?

Do you receive duplicate emails randomly?

Are these emails from specific users or email addresses, or is there anything else that is consistent with the emails?

Just to clear this up, IncrediMail had a banner with an external ad (not created by IncrediMail), wherein one of the sites it pointed to was causing the popups. We were not aware of this, and as soon as we found out we immediately removed the banner. Due to this, we are going to do more intensive ch...

I would like to thank everyone for your feedback and comments, and for taking the time to assist in correcting this issue!!! I'd also like to point out this wasn't a trojan/virus. Programs will sometimes incorrectly recognize broken code as a trojan, which was the case here. The ad causing the error...
