This is usually caused by the Windows Pure HD program, which is incorrectly linked to IncrediMail when trying to play videos.

Please remove the Windows Pure HD program from your computer (check the Control Panel in order to do so) and let me know if this helps.

What Error Message do you see? Is it anything to do with Authorization or Authentication?

Do you mean Outlook works, or were you able to import your Email settings into IncrediMail and now it's working?

Please try Outlook and import the settings from there, so we can make sure everything is correctly working.

You can always import your Contacts file into any other program that supports the standard '.csv' format of an Address Book, so this shouldn't be an issue.
