Re: Spelling Won't Add New Word

Instant Answers would be helpful if it applied. Each Spell Check suggestions lead to the same thing. That is, giving the option of adding a new word, supposedly adding it, and then telling me that Spell Check is complete. But, it never accepts the word. Most frustrating!

Re: Spelling Won't Add New Word

It's now been a month since this problem has been reported. All others say that it has to be an IncrediMail problem since I'm able to add new words everywhere else that it is needed. If there is a spell check download which would allow new words to be added in IncrediMail, it would be appreciated if...

Re: Spelling Won't Add New Word

Found a way around it. Set it to correct spelling before sending and that allows me to add new words. Those are then recognized when next typed. Doesn't exactly solve the problem but acceptable. Edit: Well, I thought that the new words were accepted but they are not. Thus I still can not add new words

Re: Screen Display

Apparently it was something specific to one Windows 7 program. Since I wasn't happy with some other corrupted things in the second used Win7 machine, we opted for a new HP. Default again was small but this time a change in size worked. What was used to get there was: 1. Getting Started 2. Change siz...

Re: Screen Display

I thought that perhaps the problem may have been just in one computer. This week, installed IncrediMail in another computer with Windows 7. Same thing with the tiny font. Is it a coincidence that two Windows 7s would have the same identical faulty programs? Both were Dell machines if that means anyt...

Re: Screen Display

I asked the same question before and it seems that nobody in control believes the few of us who have that problem. In hopes that a fix would come along, I solved the problem by reverting to an older computer with XP. 12+ years of messages waiting to be transferred but not if a magnifying glass is ne...

Re: Text is too small

After two long sessions of trying to find a way to increase the size, I can't believe that thousands of IncrediMail subscribers are happy with the tiny text offered as default in Windows 7. I suspect that there is something in the W-7 setup which corrects it. Customer Support says that it can't be c...

Re: Text is too small

I was about to ask the same question. Previously I had seen a similar post and someone was going to work on it. Well, two different computers with XP were no problem. Now I have just switched to Windows 7 and the program fonts are miniscule compared to XP. Spent considerable time trying to figure ou...
