After trying for 3 days, I was resigned to the fact that the only way I could find older messages was View, Sort By, and From. There were many long anxious moments while the Wizard did its thing. We're on dialup so it wasn't something that could only take a few minutes. All I could do was wait until my only chore was to click on "Finish" and hope that your advice was correct. Then opened IncrediMail and everything...
