At the top of the opening page click on "tools" then "options" and you can check the box that says 'check for mail' every (minutes etc, dropbox). That way IM2 will automatically check for new mail (according to your settings) without you having to click the "get mail" b...

Incredimail Premium and Incredimail Gold are 2 different products.
So, if you want to add Incredimail Gold you'll have to pay the fee stated.

I just bought a new computer and had NO trouble installing LetterCreator after requesting my License code from Incredimail. I could simply copy/paste and it went up and running as well as it did on my old computer.

It definitely could be the issue, probably your IncrediMail cookie file was modified (or not read correctly) and that may be the reason why sometimes you could download Gold Gallery content and sometimes not. Hi Scottie, I don't know if it's really the cause of the problem, but I have changed the settings for the gallery site in Internet properties? Under "privacy" you can set to allow or not allow cookies from sites you chose... I added the site to the list to "always allow" cookies ...

I tried downloading this upgrade before and it didn't change the bnuild. I did what you said just now, and ignored version mention, and now the newest version did come through. :) Upgraded to 6034456.
