Did you try to open a new Identity? I would like you to open a new Identity. To create a new Identity, please click 'Tools' and then 'Identities'. Our developers are aware of the issue you encountered and are working on a solution.

As of now, please forward the particular messages to your email address, and the new (i.e. forwarded) messages should be displayed properly in your Inbox.
