I suggest you to contact with GMX and ask them if they any webmail access, which you can access from anywhere in the world using a web browser (such as Internet Explorer, Firefox).

It seems that the problem is related your email account username/password. I suggest you to remove your email account and then re-configure it. Also, try to check if this issue occurs in other email clients such as Outlook Express/Windows Mail.

Did you change all the settings under the 'Advanced' tab ? If you could receive the emails you should be able to send emails too. I suggest you to contact your email account provider's customer service for further assistance. It seems that the problem is related to your own computer or wrong account settings.

Try to remove your JunkFilter Plus registration code and then re-enter it. After registering the JunkFilter Plus a new webpage should open in your Internet browser with a link to the JunkFilter Plus install.

Click here to download and install the full setup file of IncrediMail 2 (it should solve the issue with your JunkFilter Plus).
