I suggest you to download and install 3D Magic again from the following link :

First, please note that this issue is not related to the Letter Creator forum.

Second, we do not provide support for 3rd party softwares, therefore if you didn't backed up your IncrediMail data using the 'Data And Settings Tranfer Wizard' feature there's nothing we can do.

It seems that the size of your backup file is normal as it usually weights 700MB per file and beyond. The backup file saves content and registry keys related to IncrediMail, also it exports all the Identities located in your IncrediMail.

I don't understand your question, did you mean " how to enter registration code in IncrediMail " ? If so, please do the following :

Open IncrediMail and simply click the 'Help' menu and select 'Enter Registration Code...'.

I need to know what is your computer's name. To verify your computer name, please do the following :
