Our developers are aware of the issue you encountered and are working on a solution. As a workaround, please forward the particular messages to your email address, and the new (i.e. forwarded) messages should be displayed properly in your Inbox.

What exact error message you are seeing? When sending and receiving from IncrediMail, you may encounter an Error Message.
