Emails Disappearing from In-box

I have recently set up an new PC with Windows 10 (previously had 7). Backed up Incredimail and set it up on new PC successfully. All working fine, apart from that I noticed emails were disappearing from my inbox if they were in there for more than a few days. Have checked, all of the settings I can find, and there is nothing about how long emails are retained in the in-box.

Does anyone know what might be happening here? Have checked all folders included 'deleted' and they are not there.
