Keep asking for username and password

Your Internet Browser Type: Google Chrome
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?

Hello.

I have a new Windows 8 64-bit machine that i have installed latest Incredimail on. My problem is that it keeps asking for username and password. I know that the information is correct and sometimes it works and sometimes not...
I use the same settings as in the old XP machine (Incredimail in that one to). It is an POP account. I have tried to remove and add account again with no luck. Any ideas? =)

The issue you are dealing with may be caused by incorrect account details. I would like you to reconfigure your email using the 'Email Setup Wizard':
 
1.   First please refresh your IncrediMail installation by clicking here:

2. Click 'Tools' and then select 'Email Accounts'.

3. Chose your account, click 'Remove'. To reconfigure the account, click 'Add'.

4. In the Account Wizard window, chose 'Let me configure settings myself', and click 'Next'.

Please Note – If you do not have another email client installed on your computer, you will not see the 'Let me configure…' option. Continue to Step 5.
 
5.  Please choose your email service provider. If it is not listed, click 'Other'.
 
6.  Follow the instructions to set up your account.
 
Let me know the results.
 
Please Note: Make sure that the password that you have entered is identical to the one your email account provider has given you.

Are you able to configure to your email account via browser?

Please try configuring your account in another email client - Outlook, Outlook Express. Windows Live Mail etc. Do you encounter the same problem?

It works perfectly both in webmail and in Windows Live Mail 2012. <Sad Smile>

The best solution for the problem you are experiencing is to import your email account settings from another email client installed on your computer, by following these simple steps:

In the IncrediMail main window, click the 'Tools' menu and select 'Email Accounts...'.

Select the account that does not work (if any) and click 'Remove' .

Click 'Add' to open the 'Accounts Wizard' dialog, select the 'Automatically configure settings' option and click 'Next'.

Select the email client you do not have any problem sending and receiving email from and click 'Finish'.

Click 'OK' to close the 'Accounts Wizard' dialog and double-click the imported email account.

Select the 'Servers' tab, enter your email account's password and click 'OK' to close the 'Mail Accounts' dialog.

You can now send and receive email with your imported email account.

iam having problems with incred mail 2 i have installed the program once before but now iam getting error messages popup telling my pc i have to many logins and i have gone into the tools area to try to fix the error but nothing happening.
