Incredimail slogan

Your Internet Browser Type: FireFox 3.5
Your Operation System: Windows Vista

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Sending e-mail with no background

I am getting irate e-mails from people to whom I have sent Incredimail messages using plain text , no background, smiles etc. They complain that there are jumping monkeys advertising Incredimail at the bottom of my messages which I cannot see when i send them. Is there any way to disable this banner in my setting.

To remove the stamp on Outgoing Messages, you will need to purchase an IncrediMail Plus license.

I already have a lifetime Licence for Incredimail Premium, is that the same as Incredimail Plus?

Your IncrediMail Premium should also remove these ads.

Check that your code is properly registered (click 'Help' and then 'Licenses'). If it is, check to see if any other Premium feature is working and let me know what happens.

I also have a Gold gallery Licence which expires on 13/04/2012 and a Lifetime Licence for letter creator. . I have used the Gold gallery but haven't used the letter creator yet apart from the photo Mail

There is the Gold gallery Licence (expires 13/04/2012 )
letter creator licence (lifetime )
Incredimail premium Licence(Lifetime )

Can you check to see if any other Premium features (change Skin, Voice Recorder, Smart Notifier, etc) are working?

Thank you for your quick response; all of the premium features are working just fine. i have been in touch with those folk who have complained about "Jumping monkeys" (their words not mine ) and I have ascertained that they don't get the problem banner all the time so I think that maybe the problem occurs if I forward a message from someone who uses Incredimail Free and although i always use the BCC box and remove all e-mail addresses , I have not removed the banner advert at the bottom of the e-mail. Thanks for your help, sorry if i have wasted your time..
