I am now having all the same preoblems as Marthajean! I can get my mail by loggin on to the servers, but it's a real pain with 8 email accounts on 2 different servers <Devil>
I've used Incfredimail for YEARS, never had problems before. Please hurry up with fixing this.

As I said in a previous post Beta is working for me. It has been a couple of days now and all is good. Just in case, I made a folder on my desktop,and now I save all my very very important emails in there as a .eml file and that way if there are other problems I can simply move what I have saved into another email program. I am also slowly moving all my emails from Incredimail to that folder, I have thousands.Hope everyone finds a good fix for them also.

I will be moving all my Folders from Incredimail to there eventually, I have thousands of email. That way if things go wrong again I can easily move all my saved email into another email program. I have managed to resolve this by using system restore, this may also help other users having issues? needless to say I will NOT be installing further updates! <ROLF>

I am having the same problem of multiple messages/runtime errors since the upgrade.

Nothing has helped. What more can be done? I've even uninstalled it and reinstalled IM.

Did you reinstall using the link posted above?

What exactly have you already done to try and resolve this issue?

Which IncrediMail version do you have installed?

When did this issue start occurring?

Does this occur each time you receive mail?
