Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Nothing different.

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
One or more messages could not be sent. These messages are still in your Outbox. Please correct them and then try again.

Please provide a full description of the problem:
I have had three different messages stuck in the outbox. Others send just fine. The latest is one addressed to multiple recipients in the BCC. All email addresses are formed correctly.
I find nothing wrong with them. I gave up on the first couple and just used gmail to send them.

I have managed to send the email by changing the account that I am using to send. When I checked the details on the error message it stated "not our customer". I was using one of my Comcast accounts. I AM a customer and don't understand why it would not let me send from that account address.

This Error Message means your Recipient's Email address is not written correctly.

Please check the address you're sending to and try again.
