IM help pages

What have you done before the problem occurred?

I think it is time to check all your help pages. They are-lets say it the nice way <itwasntme> - just not helpful any more.
Suggested links are leading nowhere or totally wrong, step by step icons do never show up as mentioned....etc.

No support in German language any more......what a pity!-
dont you think there are enough Germans using IM??? <Devil>

We are updating our Help Center, and new pages will be available very soon.
