Can't Send/Receive

Your Internet Browser Type: Google Chrome
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
downloaded Incredimalil 2.0 .

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
no error messages. doesn't do anything

Please provide a full description of the problem:
My incredimail does not send or receive mail. Yesterday I ran Spybot and I'm wondering if that's the problem? it does absolutely nothing when I hit the get mail button.... I've restarted the compter, I downloaded 2.o and still nothing.

p.s. now when I use google chrome and get a new tab this pops up: Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to mystart.incredibar.com and an error message. I do NOT want incredibar, only Google Chrome

Please try reinstalling IncrediMail using Internet Explorer and let me know if the issue persists.

I cannotsend e mails in incredimail. When I do the get 'stuck' and it stops incoming e mails as well. No error messages and I have tried system restore without any luck as well? No great technology person either :-( Any help would be appreciated.

I also cannot read my Emails,they get stock,I receive them but i cant read them.
What can I do,also I restored my system no luck,iIám not connected with incredimail my pc says.
Who can help my please,I have already 50 mails that I cannot read.

To check this issue further, I would like you to perform a few simple steps:
Disable any firewalls that you may have installed on your computer.


Open IncrediMail and click 'Write'.


Enter your own email address in the 'To:' field. Enter a short text message in the message body and click 'Send'.


In the IncrediMail main window, click 'Get Mail'.


Do you receive the email message correctly? If you receive any error message, please quote it in full.

Do you encounter any problem receiving messages in other email clients, such as Outlook Express?

There are n error messages - it simply does not send any message altho it appears to have been sent and until it appears in the outbox and you move it then you cannot recieve e mails. Very frustrating and as I know I am not alone it seems crazy that no one knowas how to rectify it?

absolutely nothing happens.

I receive emails... can't open them. When I try, all of incredimail locks up. Have installed, reinstalled..... same issue.

STILL waiting for some help on this issue. I've removed, re-installed.... I have done system reset. Still my emails freeze up and I can't even write mssages, as the entire program freezes, pretty much as soon as I open and try to do anything. It is receiving emails-- but like I said, when I go to click on them, they freeze up.


I did have one pop up yesterday that said it was a SOCKET error?
