Incredimail Premium

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Problem started when it updated to 2.5

Incredimail freezes all the time. When I try to bounce and block the email just sits in the sent folder. When I would block and bounce in the past it would just go away and not sit in the sent folder. I have tried to reinstall and I have gone through all the steps that you have suggested to others and it does not fix it. I realize that you don't have an incredimail premium any more, just an incredimail plus, but that should not matter. <itwasntme>

The problem you are experiencing can usually be solved by deleting your IncrediMail 'Runtime' folder. After deleting the Runtime folder, the folder will be automatically recreated, and your IncrediMail content will once again be saved each time it is used:

**1.** To delete your 'Runtime' folder, please click the following link -

http://www2l.incredimail.com/contents/setup/xml_support/del_run.exe

**2.** Click 'Run' in the File Download dialog, click 'Run' again when asked to run the software and follow the instructions in the SupportUtil dialog.

Open IncrediMail and let me know the results.

I did what you said to do and every email I bounce and block stays in the outgoing box. As long as they are in there I can not reply or send emails. So I have to manually delete them. This never happened before the upgrade to 2.5.

Any other suggestions?

Also when incredimail is bouncing/blocking it is taking forever. A lot longer than it used to take.

Please note that many spam senders use fake reply addresses, that will make replying to these messages impossible and the same about bouncing them, which is basically sending the sender a reply saying that your account is no longer available.

Still does not explain why the emails stay in the outgoing box even when bouncing is done. Can someone please help me with this?
