What have you done before the problem occurred?

I have one that will not send. It just stays in outbox. get message saying that I need to make correction and try to send it again. WHAT CORRECTION?
There is nothing wrong with it. This is just crazy.
This is not first time I have had this problem. I recently discoverd that there were about a dozen others that had never gone out from my outbox also.

Still happening. Even with the new ones I want to send. says, ErrorERR mail storage services unavailable, wait a few minutes and try again. Been trying every few minutes without any luck. Why is this happening? There is nothing any different with these message than the others I had been sending previously. No attachiments, nothing unusual. This is frustrating as there is someone waiting for this important information they need immediately. If this doesn't send soon it will cost me $70 and who is going to pay for that. This is an error on your part with your email services. NOT MINE!!!
Going on 1 day without an answer. This is not acceptable customer service.

What exactly does the error message say?

Please make sure you type the recipient's address correctly.

Also, does the message contain any attachments? What is their size and extension?

There are NO attachments. Address is correct as one of them is a reply back to the original sender. I have very important messages that need to be send IMMEDIATELY as there is a time limit to when they can be considered.

Click 'Run' and when the file download completes, click 'Run' again

Some do. But then others do not. No rhyme or reason for this.

Do the message which do not get sent have anything in common?

How often does this occur?

When did this start occurring?

nothing at all incommon that I can recall. One is a "reply' so of course I don't have to type an address, It does have an attachment which I have sent previously so I know it is not the attachment. The others I don't remember too much about.
It occurs occassionally and started 10/21.
I will watch and see whenever I have this problem and let you know.
Perhaps in the meantime you can work on it and figure this one out.
