Emails being deleted when using iPhone

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Upgraded from 6.3.9.5274.0 to IM 2.5 Build 6605

Please provide a full description of the problem:
I realize there hasn't been any updates to this site since 2012, but I am hoping someone will be there to answer my question!

I have been using version 6.3.9.5274.0 for some time now and it worked well. Yesterday, I downloaded and installed IM 2.5 Build 6605, and discovered every time I delete an email message I receive on my iPhone, the message is also deleted from IM on my computer! I do NOT want that! How do I set IM to NOT delete these emails on my computer! Please help!

Is your account configured as IMAP or POP3?

Do you delete these messages from your iPhone?

Thank you for getting back to me! In answer to your questions, I have 1 IMAP account (Gmail), and 1 POP3 account (Yahoo!). It has been set up this ways for years and I have not experienced any problems.

Yes, I delete the messages from my iPhone as I get them (I archive them, to be exact), but it should not matter what I do with the messages on my iPhone. The messages should NOT be automatically deleted on my computer just because I delete them from my phone. That has never happened with any previous version of IncrediMail until now. The emails that come through to my computer should STAY on my computer until I decide to manually delete them, as I have always done. Is this no longer possible with IM version 6605?

Does the problem occur for both accounts?

Please note that regarding IMAP accounts - they are set to be synchronized on all your devices. IF you delete a message from one device, it will be deleted from your other devices on which the account is configured.
