Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Nothing.. I just happen over night. I can receive mail but can't send it.. Earthlink customer service tried resetting from their end but still could not get anything to send out.. They were able from their end to send to me using my email address send to myself.. But once off line I could not do it.. I keep getting the above error.. I have this program on both my computers.. My laptop is dong the same thing.. I can not send mail but can receive mail.. Earthlink told me to call you as they can't seem to get it to work?
