Windows 10 and latest build???

Actually I'm about to upgrade to Windows 10.

Will my version of Incredimail work as it should after the upgrade???

I upgraded to windows ten and my computer crashed had to reformat my hard drive <Devil>

Windows 10 works fine, but Incredimail has issues in Windows 10 despite what Incredimail says. It has forced me to use IMAP and not POP3. The latest version of Incredimail has lost some of its ability to be configured. I have notified them, lets see what they do.

I have the problem of Incredimail not loading a full screen on many messages. So I end up having to go online to read the message.
The other thing I really dislike is I can't access Facebook thru Incredimail and that was one of the biggest reason's I upgraded.
I'm curious if these are the same kind of problems you're experiencing?
I had windows 8 and had the same problems so upgrading to Windows 10 still did not solve anything.
I am seriously thinking of asking for a refund as I only bought IncrediMail a couple weeks ago. If they can't solve my problems they leave me no choice but a refund. I didn't spend all this money to have a nice and pretty e-mail program that doesn't work fully.

Our developers are aware of the issue you encountered and are working on a solution.

As a workaround, please forward the particular messages to your email address, and the new (i.e. forwarded) messages should be displayed properly in your Inbox.

Please let me know the results.

windows ten will not allow me to open incredimail
previously it would open after several attempts but now all it does is keeps telling me
" incredimail has stopped working
a problem caused the program to stop working correctly
windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"

Yes having same problems keep getting a crash report - see below. Told its a problem that you know of and tells me to try several times in system tray. all to no avail so how can i receive send emails.

After two weeks away I expected a few updates to be waiting for me on my PC, but after windows 10 had done them and I could finally try to check my emails incredimail refuses to open, (it did before I went away!). The error report lists a kernel error and errors with flash.osx. I have tried re-installing incredimail to no avail.
Strange thing is, it still works on my laptop which also has win 10 and has updated in the same manner.

I was in the hospital for surgery for two days and when I returned, started up my desktop computer and my laptop which both have Windows 10 and Internet Explorer on them, my IncrediMail crashed, receiving the same error message as linny40. I can not stop my IncrediMail from uploading my emails from my internet supplier's server.

I set up a new email address that My IncrediMail does not have and had my two email address that my IncrediMail has and forward a copy to the new address. (At my internet supplier's web site or at the server level). I do not think that all of my emails are getting forwarded which at this point I do not understand. I hope that someone at IncrediMail Tech. is working on this.

I have been waiting since mid december to get access to Incredimail and my emails. I should have thought that 2 weeks should have been enough to fix that problem.

When can we expect a solution to this problem? I have several emails that needs answering and I can even read them anymore ...
