All personal folders have disappeared

Your Internet Browser Type: Firefox (most updated version)
Your Operation System: Windows 10

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Nothing but open the email program

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
no error messages at all

Please provide a full description of the problem:

I opened my email program this morning and noticed all my personal folders are gone. I need them, they have critical information in them. I'm not sure why they disappeared! they were were yesterday.

Is there a chance that you have more than one identities in your IncrediMail? If so, please try to switch identity and check the results.

Apparently that did the trick; I was sure i only had 1 identity on my Incredimail, but it showed 2 and switching to the Gmail identity did the trick. Thanks so much! I'll keep any eye out for that next time. Not sure how that happened, but Incredimail gets a bit dodgy at times. <Surprised>
