Application has stopped working

Please help me!! I am new to this Forum and wonder if there is someone that can help me.
I was downloading IncrediMail to my laptob when there were a power falilure. When i connect to my e-mails again the following tex was on the screen
IncrediMail application has stopped working.
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
I had already uninstall IncrediMail completely and download a new version and install it. But as soon as i open it the same massage is comming on.
If Windows solve the problem where will they let me know cause i have no working e-mail to send a massage to.
Is there anybody that can help????

Apparently, the latest Windows update has adversely affected the opening of the IncrediMail application.

Our developers have been made aware of the issue and are working on a solution.

In the meantime, please click on “Close Program” when receiving the error message, and then click on the IncrediMail icon near the Windows clock to launch the IncrediMail application.

You may need to perform the above procedure a few times before the IncrediMail application eventually opens.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I have closed the error message and tried to open Incredimail using the icon near the clock at least 10 times but incredimail has not opened. I did re-install Incredimail before finding out there was a possible problem with Microsoft's updates if that makes any difference.

TWO Microsoft security updates cause the app to crash on launch

KB3119147 released Dec 12,2015
KB3132372 released Dec 29,2015

Uninstall, then do Update, check for new updates. When it shows, right-click and chose HIDE update.

Isnt is about time incredimail sorted this? They have a link now which supposedly is a fix by downloading an updated version "Incredimail 2.5" but guess what? You cant even launch it when installed as it crashes! The fix doesn't work, well done, good job, give the guy who came up with that solution a raise and a cigar!

I don't have either of those windows updates and my incredimail is doing exactly the same, So it isn't the updates that is causing the problem. Please come up with a fix, as having to go to virginmedia and go through each individual sign up on multiple accounts is driving me nuts!

The problem is not with windows update as I did not have either of the so called problem updates. The problem is with the latest FLASH update! restored Pc to date before the flash update and as if by magic, problem gone! Can someone at incredimail now get in touch with adobe flash and find out what it is please?

In this case, to manually implement the crash fix in IncrediMail, please do the following:

1. Exit the IncrediMail application by right-clicking on the icon in your Windows taskbar and selecting "Exit".

2. In Windows Explorer, browse to the following path:
C:\Program Files\IncrediMail\Bin

Note: In 64-bit systems, browse to the following path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\IncrediMail\Bin

3. Rename the file "PMC.dll" to "PMC.dll.old".

4. Relaunch the IncrediMail application.

Please let me know the results.
