Suddenly stopped sending all emails

This issue just suddenly started today. I tried to reply to an email and when I hit send I got the following message: "One or more messages could not be sent. These messages are still in your outbox, please correct them and try again". I have no idea what was wrong with the message. I then tried to send out emails to different people in order to see if any would get sent. I got the same error message for each email I tried to send. I went to support & saw there was an update, so I updated my Incredimail and then tried to send multiple emails once again. None went through - same error message. I tried reconfiguring my account, but that didn't work either. I restarted my computer, but again that failed to solve the problem - again same error message. Everything else seems to be working. I receive all of my emails and the links all work as well. But nothing will send. They are all still sitting in my outbox and whenever my account checks for new mail I get the error message saying my emails could not be sent again. I'm out of ideas. Please help! Vicki

To address this issue, I would like you to reconfigure your email account using the "Email Setup Wizard":

1. In the main IncrediMail window, click on "Tools" and select "Email Accounts".

2. Choose your account, click on "Remove". To reconfigure the account, click on "Add".

3. In the Account Wizard window, choose "Let me configure settings myself", and click on "Next".

4. Please choose your email service provider. If it is not listed, click on "Other".

5. Follow the instructions to setup your account.

Note: Make sure the password you have entered is identical to the one your mail provider has given you.

If the problem continues, I would like you to open a new identity and see if you still encounter the same problem.
 
To create a new identity, please click on Tools > Identities > New Identity.
 
Set up your identity, and check to see if problem continues to occur in the new identity.

Please note that I would like you to configure the same email address in your new identity, there is no need to create a new email address. While the identity name should be different, the email address should be exactly the same.

As everything is being done in the new identity, none of the data and settings in your original identity should be affected.

To switch back to your original identity, simply click on Tools > Switch Identity, select the appropriate identity, and click on OK.

Good Incredimail teaam
i do have the same problems since 5 month i tried everything still not able to send mail out
i got this MSG 553 5.7.1 <abdul.mohamed@telkomsa.net>: Sender address rejected: not logged in

not even my ISP could help me they try hard but didnt works i have no choice but to switch to outlook

To further address this issue, I would like you to test your email account settings in Mozilla Thunderbird as instructed at http://support.incredimail.com/entries/ ... ail-client, and see if you are indeed able to send/receive messages from that email account.

Please let me know the results.
