suddenly not accepting incoming emails.

have been using Incredimail for years with just the odd problem now and then.
It now tells me that my email account details are wrong, dspite the fact that \i have followed all the suggestions on line. have checked my account details and they are correct. I deleted them and then put them back in but still get the same message that they are incorrect.
